Building a Legacy
Leadership, initiative, exceptional communication and guidance: these are just some of the
traits that combine to build a lasting legacy. As brothers-in-law, David Judah and Justin Bartlett
have done many things together—vacation, raise kids, learn to fly, and start a Farm Labor Business.
Growing up in rural areas, Judah and Bartlett saw firsthand both the blessings and challenges
that came along with farm life. With over 30 years of combined experience in the industry, the
pair decided to take matters into their own hands to create a business that would help farms
source and maintain labor year after year: Legacy Labor.
